• Kerwa Coal Ltd – CMDC entered into this JV with 51 % stake with Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Ltd to develop the coal block in Korba.


• NMDC CMDC Ltd (NCL) – CMDC entered into this JV with 49% stake with National Mineral Development Corporation for developing iron ore and diamond deposits in Dantewada and Mahasamund.


• Chhattisgarh Copper Ltd (CCL) – CMDC entered into this JV with 26% stake with Hindustan Copper Limited for copper mining in Rajnandgaon.


• Chhattisgarh Corundum Mines Ltd (CCML) – CMDC entered into this JV with 33% stake with N.C. Nahar to mine corundum in Dantewada.


• Precious Metal & Smelting Ltd (PMSL) – CMDC entered into this JV with 26% stake with Prakash & Company for casseterite mining across Bastar.
